I learnt this information over thirty years ago and have been practicing it continuously for that time. 

All the things I have done and built so far has been as a result of following this process. I have been running a live test of the original hypothesis for thirty years. The words used and the timing of everything is due to the adherence to the process. I am sure that this hypothesis is proven and will stand up to the testing of others. It is a way of knowing.
